Location & Access
Located along Route 62, a 3.5-hour drive from Cape Town in the Little Karoo. The reserve is 54,000 hectares of succulent Karoo and fynbos biomes. Near Montagu for coffee stops, and the 20-km gravel road from R62 to the welcome centre requires an SUV. Transfer from welcome centre to lodges takes 25-30 km.
